Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to lead our crisis stabilization agency in Richmond, Virginia. The Program Director will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of program operations, ensuring the provision of high-quality crisis intervention services to individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and oversee the implementation of program goals, objectives, and strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
· Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.
· Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
· Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to continuously improve program outcomes.
· Ensure that program data is collected, analyzed, and reported in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in program management and supervision, preferably in a crisis intervention setting.
· Strong knowledge of crisis intervention best practices, including suicide prevention and de-escalation techniques.
· Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
